Important Information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and vendors are always a top priority here at Trapline Pest Solutions. Please know that our employees are following all health and safety precautions, including frequent handwashing, hand sanitizing as well as covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing and social distancing.
We recognize that the pest control industry serves a critical role in our public’s health, food supply, and safety. The Department of Homeland Security has issued its latest memorandum declaring exterminators an essential service (See the CISA Memo here).
At this time, Trapline Pest Solutions has no plans to suspend services unless it is recommended by our government or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
- We will continue to provide exterior treatment services to homes and offices since the treatment of the exterior does not require entry to the home or offices being serviced.
- For the safety of our employees and customers, any requests for interior treatments will be suspended temporarily at this time and rescheduled for a later date.
- If there is an immediate and urgent need for our employees to come inside for the treatment of an infestation, please be assured that we are taking and following all of the recommended precautions related to the coronavirus for your protection and for the protection of our employees.
- In order to help do our part in reducing the spread of germs, we will be reducing the paperwork that is left at your home or business after a service has been completed. Please contact our office at (407) 227-8514 if you would like to receive a copy of your service report. You can also e-mail your request at gladys.salicrup@mytrapline.com and a service report will be e-mailed to you.

We continue to closely monitor and follow all of the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC)
- We have increased the frequency of sanitizing our offices and workstations and employees have been provided with handwashing material and hand sanitizers.
- We have encouraged all employees to follow the CDC hygiene practices regarding hand washing, covering sneezes and coughs, social distancing and other common knowledge precautions.
- Employees who are experiencing flu-like systems or who have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the coronavirus disease have been directed not to report to work and to seek medical attention.
- A strict travel policy for our employees have been implemented and meetings with large gatherings have been cancelled.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
